Do you offer MOTs?
We do not carry out MOTs on our site. However, if you need pre-MOT checks, or repairs following an MOT failure, then we can help at highly affordable prices.
Do I need rust protection?
If you ask us, yes, everyone needs rust proofing, whether you already have signs of rust or as a preventative measure. Rust proofing extends the lifespan of the vehicle, improves the resale value and saves you money on future rust-related repairs.
When should I rust proof my car?
Rust proofing should not be applied to wet surfaces. So, many recommend autumn and summer for application to take advantage of dry weather. However, our spacious workshops, ideal for drying your vehicle, means we can rust proof cars year-round.
I have a new car, is my warranty protected?
Yes. Laws have prevented manufacturers from forcing you to have your car repaired at the main dealer in order to keep your manufacturer warranty. We use genuine parts for all our repairs unless requested, so your warranty will remain valid. However, certain PCP finance agreements may require you to use your main dealer.
Can I wait while you fix my car?
Of course! We have a comfortable waiting area for customers. Ideal for tyre changes, and small maintenance jobs that won’t take long. However, we don’t want you bored. Fortunately, our facility is a short distance from many public transport services, so if it is a lengthy job feel free to use the time to enjoy all Cheltenham has to offer.
